ST. CHARLES CO., Mo. – One man was killed in an accident on Interstate 64 near Lake St. Louis Thursday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a car went off the road and slammed into the back of a semi-truck parked on the side of the interstate.
The driver of the car, 50-year-old Robert Hammond, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No one else was injured.
