ST. LOUIS COUNTY – An investigation is underway after a 13-year-old girl is accused of fatally stabbing a 66-year-old woman inside a home in Spanish Lake on Wednesday.
Police responded to the 1700 block of Woodstream Court on Wednesday around 2:45 p.m.
66-year-old Ada Lovett was found stabbed to death.
A 13-year-old girl was taken into custody.
St. Louis County police say the investigation remains active and is domestic in nature.
