ST. LOUIS – Snow is starting to spread in from the west and southwest. It will pick up in intensity through Friday afternoon and evening.
The latest forecast is showing snow totals of up to 11 inches.
A winter storm warning went into effect for the St. Louis area on Friday at noon.
According to the National Weather Service, snow will continue to increase across the area, mixing with sleet at times across southern Missouri. Road conditions are already deteriorating to the west and southwest of St. Louis. Travel is not encouraged this evening and overnight!
