ST. LOUIS — Eight Red Cross shelters have opened across Missouri for those impacted by flooding and tornado damage.
Shelters
- Kennedy Recreation Center: 6050 Wells Rd, St. Louis, Mo.
- Saint John United Church of Christ, 405 S. 5th St, St. Charles, Mo.
- Winfield High School at 3920 State Hwy 47, Winfield, Mo.
- Mound City Christian Church, 402 E. 5th Street, Mound City, Mo.
- Buckner United Methodist Church, 109 S. Hudson St., Buckner, Mo.
- Open Bible Praise Center, 16991 Hwy 87 Boonville, Mo.
- Thomas Jefferson Middle School 1201 Fairgrounds Road, Jefferson City, Mo. (location includes temporary pet shelter)
- Eldon Community Center: 309 E 2nd St., Eldon, Mo.
A donation site has also been designated in Jefferson City for those affected by the May 22 tornado.
- Capital West Christian Event Center (Multi-Agency Warehouse), 1315 Fairgrounds Road, Jefferson City, Mo.
The donation site is open 9 – 5 p.m. seven days a week.
