CARROLLTON, Ill. — Leila the Chocolate Chunk from Carrollton, Illinois is the only local finalist in this year's Purina National Dog Show on Thanksgiving.
The public will vote for their favorite dog and the Chocolate labrador retriever Leila could win on Thanksgiving day.
Leila has been up against nearly 2,000 dogs but now she is competing among four others.
"She's a one-of-a-kind pup," Kaylie Devlin, Leila's owner said. "We are honored to be selected as a finalist."
