ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — A fatal crash in St. Charles County led to the death of a Ballwin man, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol's crash report.
Ali Nazemi-Tabrizi, 68, was driving westbound on Interstate 64 when he ran off the right side of the roadway around noon on Saturday. MSHP said Nazemi-Tabrizi returned to the road and drove off the right side of the roadway again, striking a utility storage box and hitting a tree.
According to MSHP, Nazemi-Tabrizi was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
There is no further information at this time.
