ST. LOUIS — A breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant chain with multiple locations in St. Louis plans to expand with two to three more sites in the region.
Sunny Street Cafe, a family-owned chain of restaurants started in 2007 and based out of Columbus, Ohio, plans to add to its existing four St. Louis locations, said President Mike Stasko.
Out of 22 current locations, the breakfast concept currently operates four St. Louis sites, in Des Peres, Arnold, Wildwood and Wentzville. The restaurant chain opened its first location in the region in 2008. Typical hours are 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The chain as a whole is on track for double digit growth for the third year in a row, Stasko said. That has led to an expansion effort that includes adding 15 to 20 new locations in the Cincinnati area over the next five to 10 years.
