ST. LOUIS — St. Louis CITY SC on Tuesday offered the first look inside what it's calling SoMa House, the $20 million Downtown West redevelopment project that is the club's new headquarters building.
SoMa, an abbreviation of its location south of Market Street at 326 S. 21st St., will hold more than 100 of the team's employees, most of whom had spent the past several years working from the Clayton campus of Enterprise Mobility.
The SoMa property, located just south of CityPark, was acquired for $5 million in 2019. The team invested another $15 million for 58,000 square feet of renovations.
In addition to corporate offices, SoMa includes:
- A first-floor rental space, called CITY Point, that can hold up to 250 people for private events and includes 11 screens for watch parties.
- The team's in-house broadcast and digital studio, called CITY Studios, which includes a recording booth and an e-gaming lounge.
