Granite City shopping center sells for $10.4M

Nameoki Commons, a shopping center located at 3521 Nameoki Road in Granite City, is home to the St. Louis region's first Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.

GRANITE CITY, Ill. — A Granite City shopping center has sold for $10.4 million after landing new anchor tenants last year.

Nameoki Common Associates LLC, tied to real estate firm Pennmark Management of Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, purchased the 16.44-acre shopping center at 3521 Nameoki Road from Webster Lake Investments LLC of Cummings, Georgia, Madison County records show. The property features about 155,406 square feet of retail space over seven buildings, and has tenants including Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree.

It went up for auction in September.

Webster Lake purchased the property at auction in 2020 for $5.75 million, according to the county records.

Pennmark marketing materials say that the shopping center features 32 retail stores and has nine spaces available.
