UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. — Magic Mini Golf — the long-delayed miniature golf facility from prolific Delmar Loop developer Joe Edwards — is set to open Friday.

Located at 6160 Delmar Blvd., Magic Mini Golf has an indoor, 18-hole mini golf course, two lanes of shuffleboard and a 16-foot Ferris wheel acquired from The Muny. The concept, which was first proposed in 2018, also features a kitchen, full bar, pinball and arcade games, and a stage for live performances and presentations.

“I like creating places that people of all ages can go for a fun experience,” Edwards said.

The 9,500-square-foot space is decorated with “colorful, vintage magic posters and magic- and golf-themed memorabilia,” officials said in a release.” Edwards designed Magic Mini Golf’s display cases, which include memorabilia he’s been collecting for decades, he said.
