KIRKWOOD, Mo. — A St. Louis-based restaurant group will open its latest location on the ground floor of a new apartment complex in Kirkwood.
The Napoli Group will open its sixth restaurant at The James, an apartment building that opened in March at 436 N. Kirkwood Road.
Napoli Kirkwood will open in the fourth quarter of this year, building owner and multifamily developer High Street Residential said in a news release. High Street is the residential subsidiary of Dallas-based Trammel Crow Co. The James, in the works since 2022, is High Street's first St. Louis development.
The restaurant will occupy a 4,684-square-foot area on the apartment complex’s first floor, with another 1,000 square feet through an outdoor patio, according to the release.
