The Central West End is one of St. Louis’ most expensive neighborhoods. In 2018, the 63108 ZIP code, which includes the Central West End, had 272 home sales, with an average sale price of $302,688. Homes were on the market for an average of 82 days, according to national real estate brokerage Redfin.

This week's on the market takes a look at the some of the most expensive homes for sale in Ladue. The 63124 ZIP code, which includes Ladue, is the priciest ZIP code in the St. Louis region. In 2018, the 63124 ZIP code had 169 home sales, with an average sale price of $858,125.

Here’s a glimpse at some of the priciest homes on the market in the Central West End:

5165 Lindell Blvd., $2.3 million: This 11,000-square-foot home recently hit the market and includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Inside the home, which was built in 1908, are six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. There is a chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry and a center island. There is a theater, massage room and terrace located on the home’s third floor. Outside, the property features a pool and carriage house.

4924 Pershing Place, $1.9 million: Built in 1892, this four-bedroom home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The home totals 6,814 square feet. The eat-in kitchen inside the home features granite countertops, a center island and custom cabinetry. The home also includes a three-car garage, theater, wine cellar, game room and bar. Outside, the property has a pool.

4638 Pershing Place, $1.3 million: This 5,968-square-foot home has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Inside the home are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The home has an eat-in kitchen with a center island, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The property includes a carriage house.

This week's on the market takes a look at some of the most expensive homes for sale in Webster Groves. In 2018, there were 155 home sales in Webster Groves, according to Maris MLS (multiple listing service). The median sale price was $285,600, down 6.4% year over year.
