One of St. Louis' largest women-owned businesses is sold

Centaur Building Services, a St. Louis-based commercial cleaning and facility maintenance company, has been acquired by ATALIAN Global Services Inc.

Centaur is one of the St. Louis region’s largest women-owned businesses, with 2016 revenue of $38 million, according to Business Journal research. The company has regional offices in Nashville, Tennessee; Birmingham, Montgomery and Mobile, Alabama; and Decatur, Illinois, according to its website.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
