ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A major bookstore will open soon at the Saint Louis Galleria shopping mall.
Barnes & Noble will open its seventh St. Louis-area location this October, when the store at the Galleria is scheduled to open, according to the retailer’s website.
The new store is scheduled to open Oct. 23, FinanceBuzz reported. Barnes & Noble and the mall owner, New York-based Brookfield Properties, did not immediately respond to requests for comment about the new store.
The store will have the same hours as the Galleria and will not have a cafe, according to a video made by workers at the Ladue location of Barnes & Noble to announce the store on social media.
The new store will sell books, toys, movies and games, the workers said in the video.
