These are some of the most expensive homes on the market in the entire St. Louis area

TOWN AND COUNTRY, Mo. — This week’s "on the market" takes a look at some of the most expensive homes for sale in Town & Country.

The homes featured this week are located in the 63017, 63131 and 63141 ZIP codes. All three of those ZIP codes are among the region’s most expensive, with their median sale prices in the third quarter ranging from $373,050 to $598,000.

Here’s a glimpse at the priciest homes on the market in Town & Country.

4 Lochinvar Drive, $4.1 million: This 12,319-square-foot property has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms: six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The home sits on a 2-acre lot, which includes a carriage house. The property also includes a pool, pool house and tennis court. The home also features a putting green and wine cellar.

13702 Clayton Road, $3.2 million: Built in 1986, this five-bedroom home has six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The home spans 6,933 square fit and sits on a 6-acre lot. The home’s kitchen includes a center island, walk-in pantry and custom cabinetry. The property also includes a stall barn, a guest house and a four-car garage.

300 Wyndmoor Terrace Court, $2.7 million: This four-bedroom home totals 8,373 square feet and sits on 2.2-acre lot. Inside the 1.5-story home are six full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The home’s kitchen includes a butler’s pantry, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The home’s basement has a bar, gym, office and fireplace.

In St. Louis' most expensive neighborhood, home prices spiked in the third quarter. Homes sold in the 63124 ZIP code, which mostly includes Ladue, in the third quarter had a median sales price of $815,000, according to data provided by national real estate brokerage Redfin.
