The seven-figure renovation at Mid Rivers Mall continues this spring with the arrival of several new stores, including the previously announced H&M store.
“This is an exciting time for Mid Rivers Mall,” Spencer Dawkins, general manager, said in a statement. “Since our new store announcements and property improvements were announced in January and are in full swing now, shoppers are starting to really take notice that 2018 is going to be a big year for Mid Rivers Mall.”
H&M will open this fall in a 21,000-square-foot space and will include its H&M Kids collection.
Claire’s has opened its doors in a 1,250-square-foot space on the lower level in Center Court, while Justice has relocated to a new 4,100-square-foot space on the lower level near Dillard’s.
In addition, Lane Bryant has moved into a new 5,000-square-foot space on the lower level in the Dillard’s wing. American Eagle Outfitters also has completed a remodel of its current space on the lower level in the Dillard’s wing.
