ST. LOUIS — A late-night eatery is expanding to a second location in St. Louis, while also getting ready to break into several new markets across the country.
Up Late will open its second location at 6197 Delmar Blvd. in the Delmar Loop, likely in early February, almost exactly a year after the late-night eatery opened its first location in the city’s Southwest Garden neighborhood, co-owner Nathan Wright said.
The space, which formerly housed Chicken Out, a fast-casual fried chicken sandwich concept that shuttered its Delmar Boulevard location in October, will serve as a Strange Donuts storefront during the day before transitioning to Up Late at night.
Wright operates Up Late, which he co-owns with Strange Donuts owner Jason Bockman.
