ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — A developer is planning a new warehouse complex in St. Charles County.

Wabash Center, a new four-building industrial development, is under consideration in O’Fallon, Missouri, city records show. The project, to be developed by Tempest Properties on 9.25 acres the company owns at T.R. Hughes Boulevard and East Wabash Avenue, would consist of four warehouses.

The project would have two 25,560-square-foot buildings and one building each of 8,400 square feet and 16,000 square feet, or a total of 75,520 square feet, city filings show.

Tempest Properties is registered to Tom Glosier of St. Charles-based Kaplan Development, according to state records. The engineer for the project would be Bax Engineering of St. Charles.
