ST. LOUIS – A man who asked for help to pay for his phone bill ended up robbing a Metro PCS at gunpoint Monday evening.
The robbery happened at the Central West End Metro PCS around 6:25 p.m.
An unknown man went into the store and as an employee was getting information from the computer, the man pulled out a gun and told him to get on the ground.
The suspect took money and phones from the store. No one was injured.
