Motorcyclist killed in south St. Louis County crash

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A motorcyclist was killed Sunday night in a south St. Louis County crash.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department, officers from the Affton Southwest Precinct responded at about 5:55 p.m. Sunday to a crash on South Lindbergh Boulevard at Flori Drive, located near the Dairy Queen and Lion's Choice. There, they found a motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries.

The man was taken to an area hospital for treatment, but he later died, police said.

Preliminary investigation revealed the motorcycle was traveling northbound on South Lindbergh Boulevard when it collided with another vehicle, police said. The investigation remained ongoing as of Sunday night.
