UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. – An early morning electrical fire has closed an University City restaurant.
Taco Buddha announced on Facebook its closed until further notice. The fire destroyed their entire office and communication systems.
‘As much as our team wants to cook out of our kitchen, the city won’t allow it for now.’
There is also some damage throughout the café, but the kitchen only sustained a little water damage from fire hoses.
‘Luckily, we have awesome insurance that will cover our losses. The situation is fluid right now, but we’ll have all the best professionals putting us back together ASAP so Taco Buddha will come back stronger than ever.’
Taco Buddha is located at 7405 Pershing Avenue.
