ST. LOUIS — A former resident of Northview Village Nursing Home who was last seen walking away from the facility on the day it abruptly closed its doors has been found.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on Tuesday, the missing resident has been located.
The closure of Northview, St. Louis' largest nursing home, left about 170 residents scattered at new facilities throughout the city. A state health department spokeswoman confirmed a week after the closure that police had been notified one resident was still unaccounted for.
