ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL — Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX) has renewed its lease for its HQ II building at the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus.
The pharmacy benefit manager will stay at HQ II, at 8455 University Place, for another five years, a company spokesman confirmed to the Business Journal.
The lease renewal follows Express Scripts' five-year renewal at One Express Way, which connects to HQ II via a walkway, earlier this year.
The lease renewals could help attract buyers for the properties, which were put on the market by their respective owners earlier this year. Cushman and Wakefield's Tripp Hardin and Alex Mosby are marketing HQ II (which is owned by Realty Income Corp. of California). Kevin McLaughlin and Michael Carlson of Newmark Grubb Zimmer St. Louis are marketing One Express Way (which is owned by National Asset Services, also of California).
