ST. LOUIS – Lawyers for Gov. Greitens said they’re considering waiving his right to a jury trial.

During a brief court proceeding on Monday, the team also announced they want to move the trial up to April 3. His trial is currently set for May 14.

Greitens was indicted in February on an invasion of privacy charge stemming from a March 2015 affair. He admitted to the affair but denied all blackmail allegations.
