Police are investigating after an incident sent a Hazelwood West student to the hospital Wednesday.
A spokesperson for the Hazelwood School District confirmed that an "incident" occurred at Hazelwood West High School. A student involved was taken to an area hospital for medical attention.
"We are working with the Hazelwood Police Department to investigate the situation," the district said.
