ST. LOUIS COUNTY – Interstate 270 near Highway 40 was shut down for an hour Monday morning.
According to Town and Country police, a driver was acting ‘erratically.’
The driver has been taken into custody. He was arrested on other charges. Police did not find any weapons in the vehicle.
