ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — An Illinois man died in a single-car crash in Manchester, Missouri, early Wednesday morning.
According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at about 1:20 a.m. on northbound 141 at Howard George Drive. The driver, 26-year-old Jose Perez Valle, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
According to the crash report, Perez Valle was driving north when his 2015 Mazda 6 drove off the right side of the road and struck two poles. The report said the car then swerved back onto the road before driving off the road, hitting another pole and flipping.
Perez Valle was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS personnel.
No one else was injured in the crash.
