SWANSEA, Ill. — A fatal crash closed a section of Frank Scott Parkway in St. Clair County Monday morning, the emergency management agency said. It reopened about four hours later.
The crash happened on Frank Scott Parkway between Sullivan Drive and Llewelyn Road in Swansea, Illinois.
