After the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Spanish Lake had their van stolen, Bruce Bernstein of Sunshine Drapery and Interior Design decided he wanted to help.
Bernstein was working out and usually listens to music but happened to watch the story on 5 On Your Side.
He said the story just hit him, so he decided to donate a van that he was going to sell. It is a cargo van that was about to outlive its useful life for his business, and he saw how it could have a positive impact.
Helping Hands Food Pantry got the van this past Monday.
