ST. LOUIS — A water main break north of downtown St. Louis caused low water pressure for part of the city Tuesday night, according to city officials.
The break happened at the intersection of 13th and Branch streets in the city's Hyde Park neighborhood.
Ward 14 Alderman Rasheen Aldridge said in a post on social media that he had received several calls from residents regarding low water pressure in the area. Aldridge said he had been in contact with the mayor's office and that the city's water department was working to get the break under control.
It was unclear how long the break would affect water pressure in the area.
