Weatherby was scheduled for sentencing on May 7. He faces up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, or both.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office were involved in the investigation.
