ST. LOUIS — An Endangered Silver Advisory was canceled Thursday after an 85-year-old man who left a VA hospital Wednesday afternoon was found safe.
The Veterans Affairs Police Department said the man left the hospital at around 2:15 Wednesday afternoon. An update Thursday said he was found safe. No other information was provided.
