The St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office has changed the manner of death of Pamela Hupp’s mother.
The medical examiner’s officer told 5 On Your Side there is enough doubt and concern over the circumstances surrounding Hupp given other investigations that they no longer felt comfortable with accidental as manner of death.
5 On Your Side reached out to Hupp’s attorney and his public relations spokesperson released this statement,
“Attorney for Ms. Hupp, Nicholas Williams directs your attention to the conclusion of the long document that the case remains inactive. With no charges pending against Ms. Hupp, he doesn't see the need to comment on Dr. Case's actions.”
