ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — A missing man who is non-verbal and has a medical condition has been found safe.
Police said Timothy Cervenka went missing at around 1 p.m. Monday near the area of Creek Bottom Court in Wentzville. He was found safe just before 6 p.m.
