Missing woman from St. Louis County returns home safely

UPDATE: Tammy Franks returned home safely, the St. Louis County Police Department said Thursday morning.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY — The St. Louis County Police Department issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing 32-year-old woman.

Tammy Franks was last seen at a home on the 9800 block fo Lorna Lane around 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. According to authorities, Franks called her mother around 8 p.m. and stated she wanted to kill herself; her family was not successful in attempts to contact her afterward. She also texted the father of her child prior to calling her mother, also threatening suicide.

Franks has allegedly threatened suicide in the past.
