ST. LOUIS — A pedestrian died Monday afternoon after he was struck by a vehicle on Interstate 270 in St. Louis County.
The crash happened at around 12:30 p.m. in I-270's northbound lanes, north of Gravois Avenue. Cpl. Logan Bolton with the Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed a man was struck and was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Officials did not release the man's name or further details regarding the crash.
