SUNSET HILLS, Mo. — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car Tuesday evening in Sunset Hills.
Cpl. Dallas Thompson, a spokesman for the Missouri State Highway Patrol, said Sunset Hills police called them at about 8:30 p.m. to assist with the crash, which happened near the intersection of S. Geyer Road and Cragwold Road.
The driver stayed at the scene and was cooperating with police.
No further details on the circumstances of the crash were released, but Thompson said no criminal charges were expected.
The victim's name was being withheld pending notification of family.
