COOL VALLEY, Mo. — One person was hospitalized early Friday morning after being electrocuted at an Ameren substation in north St. Louis County.
The incident happened sometime before 1 a.m. Friday at an Ameren substation at the intersection of Scoville Drive and Evans Lane in Cool Valley.
Officials at the scene said one person was electrocuted and taken to the hospital in an unknown condition. It wasn't clear whether or not the person was an Ameren employee.
No outages were reported in the area.
