BELLEVILLE, Ill. - Police are investigating after a man was found dead in the metro east on Tuesday night.
Belleville police responded to 400 W. Monroe Street Tuesday night around 9 p.m. to a report of a person down.
A 65-year-old man was found dead.
Detectives are investigating the incident as a suspicious death and at this point no charges have been filed.
