Police looking for St. Charles woman missing since Oct. 23

ST CHARLES, Mo. — St. Charles police are looking for a woman who hasn't been seen since Oct. 23.

The St. Charles Police Department said 51-year-old Kelly Clinton is homeless but typically keeps in contact with her family by cell phone. The missing person report said the phone was recently deactivated, and she was last seen on Elm Park Industrial Drive near Elm Street on Oct. 23.
