ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. — The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office cancelled its Endangered Missing Person Advisory for a man who was last known to have been in the Collinsville area.
Thomas E. Brown, 83, was last seen just before 8 a.m. Sunday at the corner of Penn and Art Streets; his family believed he was in the St. Louis area before being located.
