OLIVETTE, Mo. — Olive Crossing has grown in size and scope since Keat Properties owner Greg Yawitz first conceptualized it almost a decade ago.
Located at the intersection of Interstate 170 and Olive Boulevard in Olivette, the project is being co-developed by Olivette-based Keat Properties and Clayton-based Keeley Properties.
“We could’ve just gone retail with this,” said Keeley Properties President Jason Braidwood, “but the site deserves a heck of a lot more.”
A new Aldi grocery store will open in the development, likely in March 2025, the developers said.
Separately, Olive Crossing will feature a 10,5000-square-foot inline retail building, set to house a Smoothie King location and St. Louis’ first Paris Baguette location. Paris Baguette, which announced it was coming to St. Louis this summer, is a bakery and café chain that sells baked goods and coffee beverages.
Also slated for the development is a hotel and multistory office building.
