The St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office issued felony charges of sex trafficking and attempted statutory sodomy against an O'Fallon, Mo. man Saturday evening.
Corey Gittemeier, 40, of O'Fallon, Mo., was part of an investigation run by the St. Charles County Cyber Crime Task Force. Gittemeier responded to an online ad posted by an undercover officer, and offered to pay for sex with a minor under the age of 14.
Gittemeier was arrested upon meeting at the location he agreed to with the undercover officer.
Gittemeier is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.
