ST. LOUIS — Another Topgolf could be coming to St. Louis soon.
A spokesperson for Topgolf said the company is interested in bringing another location to the St. Louis area, but declined to provide any other details.
According to 5 On Your Side’s partners at the St. Louis Business Journal, several commercial real estate sources said the company has shown interest in Midtown, particularly around Compton and Chouteau avenues, and has considered land north of Chouteau that's occupied by Saint Louis University athletic fields and a pallet company.
The Business Journal also reported, Topgolf also has scouted downtown, possibly near Chouteau's Landing, the area just south of the Gateway Arch, a source said. But Topgolf is reportedly looking for 15 acres and it's not clear whether there would be enough land around Chouteau's Landing to accommodate its needs.
Topgolf’s first location in the area opened in Chesterfield in 2018.
