ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, Mo. — The driver of a tractor-trailer died after suffering a health emergency while behind the wheel Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at about 5 a.m. Wednesday in the northbound lanes of Highway 67, just north of Cash Lane. A spokesperson for the Missouri State Highway Patrol said the truck driver died from the medical emergency.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and no other injuries were reported. The crash has since been cleared.
