WARRENTON, Mo. — A fatal single-vehicle crash near Warrenton left a man dead Friday evening.
According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, David Ball, 31, was traveling westbound on Interstate 70, near mile marker 187.4, at a high rate of speed around 6 p.m. when he lost control of the Suzuki he was driving.
The Suzuki overturned onto its side, according to the crash report from MSHP.
According to the crash report, Ball was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
By 6:35 p.m. MSHP said paramedics pronounced Ball dead at the scene.
According to Ball's driver's license, he was a resident of the city of Warrenton.
