WASHINGTON COUNTY, Illinois — Police are investigating a car crash leaving two people in critical condition on Sunday Morning.
Illinois State Police responded to a 911 call in Washington County about a car crash at Illinois Route 127 near Locust Creek Road around 7 a.m.
According to the police report, the car crash involved one car.
Two unidentified people were taken to area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
As of 8:15 a.m. the police are still investigating at the scene.
Police have not released details about the reason for the crash.
