FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Alvaro Ortiz shot a 3-under-par 69 to tie for a spot at the top of the leaderboard as Arkansas finished third at the Aggie Invitational golf tournament in Bryan, Texas.
Ortiz finished the tournament Sunday with a three-round total of 4-under-par 212 and tied Oklahoma State's Kristoffer Venture for individual honors.
Oklahoma State won the tournament with an even-par 864; LSU was two shots back to finish second and Arkansas finished 11 over.
The Razorbacks' Taylor Moore finished 2-over for the weekend and finished in a tie for 12th among individuals.
Arkansas has finished in the top five of six events this year, including four in the spring.
