MISSOURI, USA — In addition to voting on local, state and presidential races, Missourians will also have a say in several statewide issues on the Nov. 5 ballot, including whether to legalize sports betting, prohibit ranked-choice voting and raise the minimum wage.
Missouri is also one of nine states to include an abortion rights measure on the 2024 general election ballot. People across the country will be watching to see whether Missouri voters vote "yes" or "no" to removing the state's strict abortion ban.
Amendment 7 limits ranked-choice voting and changes language in the constitution to say that "only" citizens may vote.
