Toyota seeking 400 employees for Princeton, Indiana plant

If you’re looking to relocate or looking for a new job, Toyota is in search of employees for their plant in Princeton, Indiana.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana is immediately seeking 400 qualified auto assembly members at its Princeton, Indiana plant. What was once an open farm field, has been transformed into a world class manufacturing facility producing vehicles for local and global customers.

Toyota is investing 600million dollars to meet the growing demand for the Highlander mid-size SUV, while modernizing the entire manufacturing facility. The project is currently underway and will allow Toyota to increase Highlander production by 40,000 units annually.

This expansion project is part of Toyota’s localization strategy: to build vehicles where they are sold.

President of Toyota Motors Manufacturing Indiana Millie Marshall notes that the automaker is encouraging women to join Toyota’s manufacturing force.

With high-pay, competitive salaries, and a college degree not necessary, Toyota employees will be working with new technologies, are eligible for onsite childcare support on all shifts, receive tuition reimbursement for continuing education, along with several other benefits.
